Victory Van provides local and long-distance moving, packing, and storage services to individuals and businesses in authorized service areas. Use of our services must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety concerns or policy violations.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Payments

  • Quotes provided through our website or representatives are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
  • Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ on the day of service.
  • Deposits may be required for some services. Final payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email address through our website, forms, or communication channels, you consent to receive communications from Victory Van, which may include:

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Feedback and satisfaction surveys

4. Customer Responsibilities

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Victory Van reserves the right to:

  • Decline service requests due to location, availability, or safety concerns
  • Limit liability for lost or damaged items based on service type and coverage level

Victory Van is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions
  • Items not packed properly by the customer
  • Illegal, perishable, or prohibited items

7. Claims & Liability

Victory Van’s liability is limited by applicable federal and state laws. If you experience damage or loss:

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of service completion
  • We strongly recommend purchasing additional protection for high-value items
